Average was an amazing host, he was gracious and had a great vibe. Easy to talk to and over all very welcoming.
I was starting to give up on going out to eat due to poor customer service or subpar food at most places I’ve visted. But I decided to give agave and rye a chance and I’m so glad I did. From the minute we got there to when we left every part was top notch. The overall atmosphere from the decor to the staffs positive energy was something I hadn’t experienced in so long. I forgot how much I loved to just go eat at a fantastic restaurant and catch up with a friend. Our server was friendly, had helpful suggestions and was attentive at all the right times. There was a small mistake when our food arrived and he was quick to have it remade with no fuss. But then the manager Zach went above and beyond. He personally came to our table make sure our orders were correct and that we were happy. He genuinely wanted us to have a good experience not like he was ‘just doing his job’. It was so refreshing to have exceptional customer service AND delicious food. Everything we ordered was tasty but the carrot cake was the star of the show. My bestie and I couldn’t shut up about it for the rest of the night and telling everyone that they had to check it out. I cannot wait to go back!

Tried this as a recommendation from a friend and it was amazing! The food was so flavorful and filling. The OG margarita was delicious and top shelf! If you are looking for new place to try I highly recommend this restaurant! Our server Acer was attentive and friendly and made the experience memorable 😁
My husband stopped in to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had the best time and our server Tajah was absolutely delightful. She went above and beyond to make our dinner and celebration so special. The taco combinations were perfect and we both did the taco flights. I had the Hot and. Juicy margarita and my husband had the Peach Bourbon cocktail. We shared the mango Pico and chips, it was so good but along with tacos we probably should've skipped it. The inside was so nice, we were seated by the arcade games so it was a tad loud but it was manageable. We will definitely be back to try more taco combinations. I highly recommend!
This location is the best agave and rye I’ve ever been to. The service is impeccable. Emerson is a class act and so funny plus excellent at customer service. I’ll definitely come to this location every time. Perfect!
Amazing place!!!! Loved the inside environment and if it wasn’t so hot during the summer we would have sat outside. Food was amazing, get the elote corn. Drinks were great, we split a pitcher and they were yummy. Service was wonderful and absolutely coming back!!
My boyfriend and I decided to check out Agave & Rye in Grandview for the first time today during early lunch hours, and it was such a cool experience! The first thing you notice when you walk in is the incredible atmosphere and vibe. The walls facing the street have massive floor-to-ceiling windows that let in great views, while the rest of the space is completely covered in interesting artwork, paintings, and statues. I really appreciate that the lighting was soft and made the whole place feel very welcoming and calming. In the center room, they have several retro arcade games (at least a few were operating and allowed free play, but I didn't check them all!) that give the space a fun, nostalgic vibe, along with some really cool, individual booths that feel nice and private in that room too.
